Sew Many Emails

I have received an exceptionally large amount of emails regarding zippers outstanding from July 2017 and threads outstanding from August/September 2017.

It seems it is taking at least 3 attempts at the support desk and still no reply, no answer to messages, posts are deleted from the groups if asked.

Here is my response:

Contact Paypal immediately if you are within your 180 days, and ask for a refund through them. Attach copies of your emails to support and anything else that can substantiate that you have tried to contact the vendor.

Contact your credit card company or payment institution and do the same.

Advise Facebook through this link that you did not receive your goods.

You can also report individual posts (anonymously) within the groups for harassment. Hit the little three dots in the right hand corner of the post and the “report post” will show.

The sooner we get her off Facebook for good, the better.
